Al Oumara is a well established Lebanese bakery known for their exquisite breads and goods.

In 2015 due to the needs of expansion of product lines that required to be catered to both loyal clientele as well as upcoming potential customers, Kite conducted an audit and developed an extensive strategy tailor-made for Al Oumara’s particular case. The main component of the strategy was to revert the hierarchy of verbal messaging and give prominence to the Arabic language in order to highlight the rooted aspect of the brand. Kite also restructured the brand architecture for all categories of products in order to insure efficiency in system management and production.
