Al Oumara is a well established Lebanese bakery known for its exquisite breads and goods.

Due to the needs of expansion of product lines, Kite conducted an audit and developed an extensive strategy revolving around bread making. The main component of the strategy was to revert the hierarchy of verbal messaging and give prominence to the Arabic language in order to highlight the rooted aspect of the brand. Kite also restructured the brand architecture for all categories of products in order to insure efficiency in system management and production.
