P’tit Creux is a small resto-café in Beirut that serves and delivers French food.

Following extensive market research, Kite C.S. developed the name and strategic positioning for P’tit Creux as a prime provider of fast, healthy French cuisine.

Inspired by nineteenth-century French typography, the identity elements are built on combinations of multiple typefaces and dynamic hierarchies between typographic and graphic elements. Because type foundries during that era also produced woodcut prints, Kite C.S. created a custom set of etching-style illustrations that depict young people in everyday Parisian settings. The identity was completed with selected quotations from Brillat-Savarin’s Physiologie du Goût, reflecting on the art of cooking and the pleasures of the dining table to create an overall friendly, appetizing, and engaging brand experience.
