2018 - 2020
The Lebanese Center for Policy Studies (LCPS) is an independently managed, non-partisan, non-profit, non-governmental think tank whose mission is to produce and advocate policies that improve governance in Lebanon and the Arab region.
Since 2018, Kite C.S. has acted as a communication consultant and conceived multiple projects and campaigns for LCPS. Kite C.S. has designed infographics sets for LCPS’s diverse publications and social media networks. Featured here are two data visualization series: The first series tackles the Lebanese citizens’ perception of corruption (2018 survey) while the second series showcases the distribution of the ministerial portfolios across the various political parties between 2005 and 2020.
The Government Monitor
Launched in 2019, this ongoing initiative by LCPS monitors and evaluates the work of the Council of Ministers to hold decision-makers accountable and advocate for national policies that address citizens’ immediate needs. Kite C.S. designed the editorial template for the initiative's newsletter, along with the complete system of data visualizations and charts published within each issue.

In 2020, Kite C.S. designed LCPS’s new website, transforming its extensive repository into an intuitive digital platform. The project involved restructuring a massive historical archive, establishing a clear information architecture that allows researchers, policymakers, and the general public to seamlessly navigate through decades of articles, policy briefs, publications, and multimedia projects.

Who Will Get My Vote?
Prior to the 2018 legislative elections, LCPS compiled an in-depth audit studying the performance of the Lebanese parliament and its MPs between 2009 and 2017. Kite C.S. developed the communication strategy and action plan to launch the dedicated web portal (niyabatanani.com). This campaign included the creation of targeted verbal and visual elements designed to highlight key findings and make complex political data accessible to a wider public audience.
